Stress Hack

What am I grateful for? It may seem cheesy to ask yourself this question, but it turns out there’s real science supporting the positive outcomes, both emotional and physical, that can result from reflecting on gratitude.

I’d know—because for one month, I maintained a biweekly gratitude journal in which I detailed the things I felt most grateful for at that moment, and the habit surprisingly helped me feel calmer and happier as I went about each day.
