John K. Davis

Professor of Philosophy, California State University, Fullerton

As a Professor of Philosophy, I have taught bioethics and normative theory at California State University, Fullerton, for 11 years. I have published widely in bioethics, and my first teaching job was Assistant Professor of Medical Humanities at the Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University. My interest in life-extension goes back to the late 1990s, and I have five peer-reviewed publications on ethical issues raised by life extension, along with numerous public presentations, including some to academic audiences at Cambridge University and Halle University.
